Direct FNMA approved
CrossCountry Mortgage is a Fannie Mae approved seller/servicer. This means that we are not tied down by the guidelines and restrictions put in place by many other lenders. We sell our loans directly to Fannie Mae so we have many unique loan products that other lenders cannot offer.
Licensed in 49 states
CrossCountry Mortgage is currently licensed in 49 states and has applications pending in the remaining states. Branch partners have the option of doing business in any of those licensed states. We also offer a referral program within our branch network, ensuring that no loan falls through, even if it is outside our branch partner's footprint.
Our loan officers enjoy the quick and efficient closing times that are the cornerstone of how CrossCountry operates. We’ve geared our underwriting department to close loans within 28 days or less, from start to finish.
Full scenario support
CrossCountry Mortgage offers a full scenario desk to all of our branch partners, offering the services and expertise of our trained support personnel, working directly with underwriters and investors to assist with any and all possible loan scenarios.

No Middleman; Fannie Mae Direct Pricing
Our branch partners reap the benefits of CrossCountry's status as a direct Fannie Mae Lender that allows us to offer true wholesale pricing to our branch partners. CrossCountry uses the AMB accounting software program. This allows branch managers to
seamlessly track their branch financial picture. This software makes it easy to manage payroll,
expenses, and produce virtually any report needed.
Lender vs. Broker
Because CrossCountry Mortgage is a mortgage banker and not a mortgage broker, we are not
required to disclose lender paid compensation. This eliminates questions and confusion when
dealing with borrowers and referral partners.

CrossCountry Mortgage utilizes a professional payroll company, Paychex to ensure your payroll is 100% accurate and is delivered to our loan officers on time, every time.
